From the congressional songbook

Trickle up, trickle down, trickle up, trickle down
Money is trickling all around.
Stimulus starts with the middle class.
It will help the wealthy because, alas
Trickling up is a phenomenon you see
That is not constrained by gravity.
Trickle up, trickle, up, trickle up, trickle up
All the money will trickle up.
If we start with the moneyed gentry
They can't book it as a double entry.
It'll certainly increase their wealth no doubt
But very few dollars will trickle out.
Trickle down, trickle down, trickle down, trickle down
Only pennies would trickle down.
