No. 8 Mililani rode 16 points from Nick Demusis and 15 from Hassan Richardson to beat No. 10 Campbell 67-60 and earn its ninth victory.
Despite shooting 25 percent in the second quarter, the Trojans came back strong in the third period.
Zachery Manuel led the Sabers with 18 points in the loss.
