Session to help with base business

Marine Corps Base Hawaii and Marine Corps Community Services are hosting an open industry day on March 11 in Kaneohe to share information about how to do business on base.

Businesses interested in working with the government on a local level are invited to The Officers' Club Lanai Ballroom for an information session from 9 to 11 a.m. An informal networking reception will follow from 11 a.m. to noon.

Building industry show lures 18,119

The 15th annual BIA Home Building & Remodeling Show held Thursday through Sunday drew 18,119 at the Neal Blaisdell Exhibition Hall. The BIA-Hawaii Remodelers presented Hawaii's top contractors, suppliers, building industry experts and associates.
