Mililani is back on top of the Oahu Interscholastic Association in girls soccer.

The Trojans won their fifth title in eight years last night with a convincing 3-0 win over Kahuku at Roosevelt.

Mari Miyashiro scored for Mililani 5 minutes into the game and Breeanna Locquiao and Chelsey Goo added scores in the second half to seal the win.

Mililani has given up only three goals all season, and Kahuku made it to the league final despite giving up more goals (23) than it scored this year (17).

The Trojans went through the tournament unchallenged, beating Roosevelt 3-0 in the first round and Kapolei 2-0 in the semifinals.

Mililani's only blemish this season was a scoreless tie at Kapolei last week.

The Red Raiders beat Aiea 3-2 in the first round of the tournament before their defense pitched 1-0 shutouts of Moanalua and Pearl City to reach the final.

Both teams will play in the state tournament beginning Feb. 4 at the Waipio Peninsula Soccer Complex.

Kapolei, Pearl City, Roosevelt and Kaiser earned the OIA's other four spots in the state tournament.

Kailua 3, Waianae 0

Tiffany Nakata and Ashley Kanoho scored in the first half to help the Surfriders earn their first OIA White girls soccer title.

Kailua beat Waianae 3-0 to win the OIA White championship last night at Roosevelt.

Kailua stayed undefeated at 8-0. Waianae dropped to 7-2-2 and will be going to the state tournament along with Kailua and Radford, which won the third-place game over Nanakuli on Friday.

The Surfriders only allowed two goals this season while scoring 35.
