Veteran wins memorial fellowship

The Mission Continues awarded Mililani resident Dionisios Nicholas, a disabled U.S. Marine Corps veteran, its second Travis Manion Memorial Fellowship. Nicholas will volunteer for the National Park Service at the USS Arizona Memorial. He will serve as an assistant park ranger until May, with a goal of completing 600 hours of service.

  ;  He served in the Marines for 23 years.

  Bella Pietra hired Princeton Gapas as inside sales representative. He has more than five years of sales experience, including being a mortgage broker at Harbor Financial Group and an account executive at Lanier Worldwide.

CB Richard Ellis named Kimberly Lord as asset services managing director. Lord will continue her duties as managing director of retail services in Hawaii, leadership of the National Strategic Retail Advisory Team and oversight of the Hawaii Retail brokerage.

Kaiser Permanente Hawaii named Frank Richardson as vice president and regional counsel.

He joined Kaiser's legal department in 2002 and has 26 years of legal experience.
