  Kylie Maeda 'Iolani basketball

» Under coaches Mike Taylor and Dan Hale, Punahou won the 2008 Hawaii state girls and boys basketball championships. The same school hadn't won the state boys and girls titles since 1992 when coaches James Winchester (boys) and Al Apo (girls) led Kamehameha.
