The Royal Hawaiian Hotel is offering kamaaina a “;Sneak PINK”; special rate in advance of its official grand reopening Jan. 20.

The Sneak PINK room rate, good for stays through Jan. 19, 2009, is $280 per night, along with the offer of a certificate valued at $200 for a return visit after Jan. 20. The certificate can be used toward a future room, or can be redeemed at the property's restaurants: Azure, Surf Lanai and the Mai Tai Bar.

Use of the $200 certificate is extended as one per room per stay; and will not be available for consecutive reservations.

During this Sneak PINK debut, there will be limited services, amenities and food and beverage available on the property, which is still being renovated.

The rate is based on single/double occupancy, and guests will have to show a valid Hawaii driver's license.
