The Bush legacy

It's eleven days until the inauguration.
We then will have new leader for our nation.
But there might be something very strange
In what we are getting in this exchange.
If Obama is as smart as Bush is dumb
Then using this inverse rule of thumb
Would take Obama off the chart
Because no human could be that smart.
