POSTED: Thursday, January 01, 2009

After hearing it twice in the first 5 minutes of the Chick fil-A Bowl, I was going to devote today's entire column to how stupid the so-called word “;trickeration”; sounds.

But I remembered it was the last day of 2008. Then I couldn't decide whether to review the old year or preview the new one. So here's both.

And my resolution will be an easy one to keep: Never utter or write trickeration.

Happy New Year!
