United Airlines flights originally scheduled to depart tonight from Honolulu have been rescheduled until Saturday morning, Gov. Linda LIngle announced at a telephone news conference.

Incoming flights were delayed or diverted to Neighbor Island airports and will arrive in Honolulu Saturday morning.

The five flights scheduled to depart from Honolulu tonight will are now rescheduled as follows:

Flight 84 to Los Angeles will depart at 6:30 a.m.

Flight 86 to Los Angeles will depart at 8:45 a.m.

Flight 76 to San Francisco will depart at 9:30 a.m.

Flight 42 to Denver will depart at 10:15 a.m.

Flight 78 to San Francisco will depart at 10:45 a.m.

Flights on other airlines will also leave tonight and passengers holding confirmed reservation should show up, the governor said, although passengers should expect delays.
