» Maui entertainer and KPOA radio host Henry “;Boy”; Kana'e was conscious when found by his daughter Malanai Sunia at their home before he was taken to the hospital. A story on Page C7 on Dec. 3 incorrectly said he was unconscious and indicated they lived in separate homes. The online edition has been corrected.

» University of Hawaii marshal Amy Hubbard and an unidentified man presented Patti Mieko Isaacs with her hood in honor of her doctorate Saturday. A photo caption on Hawaii Page 1 on Sunday incorrectly labeled the unidentified man as Craig Howes. The online edition has been corrected.

» Hawaiian Telcom Communications Inc. was granted a six-month extension before a final ruling by the state Cable Television Division on its application for a cable franchise. An incorrect time period for the extension appeared yesterday on Hawaii Page 7. The online edition has been corrected.
