Help for Yankees' pitching staff?

The New York Yankees need new pitchers
And their scouts now have good news.
They plan to sign that Iraqi hurler
Who has shown great form in pitching shoes.
The pitching staff might delay his start
Because some Iraqis lack control.
When an errant shoe does fall apart
It might reveal the Iraqi soul.
