Suspect allegedly stabs his neighbor
A 31-year-old Whitmore Village man was arrested Saturday for allegedly stabbing another man, a neighbor, police said.
The man slashed and stabbed the 47-year-old man at about 8:30 p.m., causing serious injuries, police said. He was arrested on suspicion of second-degree attempted murder.

Police seek pair of armed robbers
Police are searching for two men who robbed a 23-year-old woman on Saturday with a gun in the Kahala business district.
At about 9:45 p.m. the first suspect took the woman's purse from a chair, and when the woman tried to take it back, the man brandished a handgun, police said. The man got into a vehicle driven by the second man, and both fled the scene.

Search continues after stabbing
A taxi driver who was stabbed by a client in Manoa remained in serious condition yesterday while police continued their search for the culprit and a second man.
Police are looking for a man in his mid-40s who stabbed the driver Saturday when he dropped him off in Manoa. A man in his 20s was also in the cab.
