The special includes OHANA's Waikiki Connection complimentary services, including unlimited trolley rides to Ala Moana Center and throughout Waikiki, local and long-distance phone calls to the mainland and Canada, free Internet access and daily in-room coffee and tea.

The OHANA Waikiki East has three restaurants, an espresso cafe, a fitness room and swimming pool, self-service laundry and video arcade. Some rooms have kitchenettes.
