Bridal fashion show at Ward Centre

Muse, a Designer Gown Fashion Event, will take place 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday at E&O Trading Co. in Ward Centre.

The event, presented by Modern Pacific Weddings, will include a 4 p.m. fashion show of the latest bridal styles from Maui designer Tamara Catz, Adele Wechsler, Nicole Miller, and Kirstie Kelly for Disney, as well as the debut of an exclusive bridal and bridesmaids collection from New York designer Thread.

SideSHOW debuts in garden setting

SideSHOW, described as a “;garden-goddess-shopping party,”; will take place 1 to 5 p.m. Saturday in designer Roberta Oaks' back garden at 5331 Manauwea St. in Aina Haina.

Shop for dresses, jewelry and handbags, then sit down for a foot massage by Zahava Czara, plus light drinks and desserts and great company.

In addition to Roberta Oaks clothing, including $7 tops and last season's dresses priced at up to 75 percent off, up for grabs will be one-of-a-kind handbags from Scout hi's Kim Kinard and jewelry from Ginger13. Note that some vendors will accept cash only.

Beauty on Location at Nordstrom

Nordstrom will be hosting a Beauty on Location event Oct. 24 and 25 in its cosmetics department, where each vendor will be participating with mini makeovers, many offering gifts with purchase, and Nordstrom offering a gift with purchase of $75 or more in the department.

Appointments for makeovers and mini facials are being taken at the vendor counters and spaces are going fast, so stop by ASAP.
