Missing woman last seen in Kalihi
Police need help in locating a 52-year-old woman missing since Monday.
Victoria Katsuta was last seen about 10:15 a.m. at a Kalihi store on Monday. Police said she suffers from a medical condition that affects her memory, and that she may be disoriented and unable to find her way home.
She is described as being 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing about 230 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Anyone with information is asked to call CrimeStoppers at 955-8300 or *CRIME on a cell phone.

Driver of stolen car arrested at park
Police arrested an auto theft suspect early Thursday after officers saw a car being driven with its headlights off.
Officers noticed the vehicle about 2 a.m. as it traveled on Farrington Highway in Waianae. After a check of the license plate, officers learned that the car had been reported stolen from a 32-year-old man on Sept. 11.
Police stopped the vehicle at a beach park and arrested the driver, a 26-year-old man.
Man charged in teen's sex assault
Authorities charged a 32-year-old Ewa man with sexual assault in a case involving a 13-year-old girl in Waianae.
Keith R. Crail was charged Thursday with three counts of first-degree sexual assault and one count of third-degree sexual assault. His bail was set at $50,000.
Police said the girl, with whom Crail is acquainted, reported being sexually assaulted between 3 and 4:15 p.m. Sept. 4.
Police arrested Crail at 5:55 a.m. Thursday.
