UH psychiatry professor earns award

Dr. Naleen Andrade, chairwoman of the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Hawaii-Manoa's John A. Burns School of Medicine, has received a national award for excellence in child and adolescent psychiatry.
The 2008 AACAP Robert Cancro Academic Leadership Award will be presented to Andrade at the national meeting of the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry in Chicago later this month.
Malcolm Toyama of Honolulu is among 692 UPS drivers nationwide newly inducted into the Circle of Honor, an honorary organizations for UPS drivers with 25 years or more of accident-free driving.
