HONOR FOR VETERANS: The Joint POW/MIA Accounting Command commemorated National POW/MIA Recognition Day, designated as the third Friday in September, yesterday at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific at Punchbowl. At the ceremony, Pato Pato held a POW/MIA recognition flag that he designed and made.
