Cameron McCormack shared the shovel with Mayor Mufi Hannemann as the mayor helped first-graders from Royal Elementary "plant" several monkeypod trees -- the trees actually were already planted, and the kids were shoveling mulch around them -- at Magic Island as part of an Arbor Day celebration. These trees replaced wiliwili trees infested with gall wasps.
