PROMOTIONS » The Honolulu Police Department announced four promotions yesterday. Maj. Kevin Lima, left, was promoted to the rank of assistant chief of police. Capt. Carl Nishimura was promoted to the rank of major and will command the Criminal Investigative Division. Lt. Aaron Correia and Lt. Richard Robinson earned the rank of captain.
