» Andrew Kluger was the chief executive officer of Hawaii Air Ambulance, whose pilot was at fault in the March 2006 fatal crash of a medical transport plane to Kahului. His last name was misspelled in an article on Page A7 Monday.
» "Guardian of the Sea" by John R. K. Clark, published by the University of Hawaii Press, sells for $19.95. A summary of the book on Page F8 Sunday listed an incorrect price.
» Gary Gill was selected as project manager for Hi'ilei Aloha, a nonprofit group formed by the Office of Hawaiian Affairs to oversee management of Waimea Valley. A Page A6 article Saturday incorrectly reported that Gill was the property manager.
» Paoakalani Naluai is a surviving daughter of combat photographer Al Chang. A Page A3 article in yesterday's morning edition misspelled her first name.
