Captain Michael Kellick emerged from the forward saloon yesterday aboard the vessel Lynx, a 122-foot topsail schooner at Ko Olina Marina. It arrived in Honolulu on Thursday afternoon for stays in Ko Olina and Kaneohe through Aug. 14. Originally designed in 1812, the Lynx's primary goal in voyages is to educate and preserve maritime and cultural education.
