Grand Opening at Nobu Waikiki

Celebrity chef Nobu Matsuhisa welcomed Amy Johanna, left, Philana Bouvier and Kimi Matar to the grand-opening party for his new restaurant, Nobu Waikiki at Waikiki Parc Hotel, on June 5. Several hundred guests enjoyed three hours of dining on a fabulous assortment of pupus, from petite lamb chops to sushi, and beverage service that began with champagne and continued through wine, premium-grade Bloody Marys, Hokusetsu sake and lychee-tinis.
