What will June Jones' next act be after this comedy-adventure?

I'M EXCITED about "June Jones and the Magic Temple." Who isn't excited about "June Jones and the Magic Temple"? I've already got my review ready to go. Here it is -- imagine this in quote marks on the poster:

"It's good for the whole state."

(Move over, Roger Ebert.)

No, I haven't seen it yet, but with some things you just know.

But more so, this is exciting because the comedy-adventure video marks what one release heralds as Jones' "acting debut" (and also that of Dennis McKnight, but we all knew he'd be a natural).

And if this can serve as a fundraiser for the Na Koa Football Club on June 15, with individual tickets at $125 and premium tables at $1,250, $2,000 and $3,000, imagine what's next.

June Jones and the Prisoner of Azkaban (Fantasy/adventure) June has an uneven start to his career of the wizard's broomstick game of Quidditch until Professor Mouse teaches him the fly-and-shoot offense.

June Jones and the Bandit (Road picture/buddy movie) While racing across the country, June and Burt Reynolds engage in ongoing banter about which of them had the best '70s mustache (Burt) and who pulled off the look the longest (June). Also starring Jerry Reed and Dom DeLuise.

June Jones and the Agony and the Ecstasy (Epic) As part of the facilities improvement on campus, June paints the ceiling of the UH locker room.

June Jones and the Birds and the Bees (Educational video) To be shown in health classes across the state, pending DOE approval and parental permission slips.

The Chronicles of Narnia 2: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe and June Jones (Fantasy) I can't really follow the plot beyond all the talking animals, but with the star power involved, it can't miss.

Harley Davidson and the Marlboro Man (Action/crime/drama/Sci-Fi/thriller/Western) In the remake of this Don Johnson-Mickey Rourke cult classic, June would play both tough-guy roles, a la Eddie Murphy.

June Jones and Beezus and Ramona (Based on the Beverly Cleary book) June finds out that little sisters can be annoying, but in the end, lovable.

Starsky and Hutch and June Jones (Cop picture/comedy) In this sequel, June assumes the role of Huggy Bear.

Three Men and a June Jones (Family/dramatic comedy) Admittedly, not the greatest concept. But Selleck and Danson are just trying to get Steve Guttenberg some work.

June Jones and Junie B. Jones (Television sitcom) Think "Freaky Friday" meets "The Odd Couple." Due to a paperwork SNAFU, June and the irrepressible first grader must live in the same house and do each other's jobs until things get sorted out. Hilarity ensues.

June Jones and the Sundance Kid (Western/adventure) June and Jerry Glanville ride together one last time. All goes well until Glanville suggests they jump off a waterfall and coach football in Bolivia.
