LEAVE IT TO ME: Kaimuki resident Kaia Kong, 13, worked on a launiu (coconut leaf) basket at the Native Arts Festival at Bishop Museum on Sunday afternoon. Kong is a student of master weaver Sam Kama, who teaches out of Apopo O Na Kamalii in Waimea on the Big Island.
