» The state Board of Education has released a redacted version of the minutes from its Sept. 7, 2006, executive session.
An Associated Press story on Page A5 on Saturday erroneously reported that the board had not released the minutes.
» A 10-year-old girl was allegedly abused while in the care of Big Island resident Hyacinth Poouahi. A sub-headline on Page A4 of some editions yesterday incorrectly said the girl was Poouahi's daughter.
» Honolulu police outreach worker Sharon Black was accused of taking confidential records from the city Medical Examiner's office. The headline on a Page A3 article yesterday about her indictment being dismissed incorrectly said the records were from HPD.
