Page A3 article Dec. 12 incorrectly said the homeowners failed in the courts to buy the land. The process never made it to court.
» A new law that says motorists will be deemed "highly" intoxicated and face stiff penalties if their blood alcohol level is 0.15 percent or higher takes effect July 1. A story on Page A3 in some of yesterday's editions incorrectly said the law would take effect Jan. 1.
» The owner's name at Helemano Farms is Aaron O'Brien. He was mistakenly referred to as Andy O'Brien in a caption accompanying a story on Page D1 Sunday.
