U.S. Army Gen. David A. Bramlett, left, and Dr. Stephen Versace, brother of U.S. Army Capt. Humbert Rocky Versace, unveiled a memorial to the fallen Vietnam War POW during a posthumous reception of the Congressional Medal of Honor into the Hawaii Army Museum's Gallery of Heroes at Fort DeRussy on Friday afternoon.
