On The Scene with the Black Eyed Peas

The Black Eyed Peas kept fans waiting almost two hours for "My Humps," but the sold-out crowd in the Blaisdell Arena Monday night didn't seem to care. They danced, waved their hands in the air, and took photos with cameras and cell phones throughout the two-hour show. Taylor Auyoung, Elizabeth Kaaihue and Larissa Nordyke bought tickets from a scalper to watch the show from L section off to the side of the stage; they mentioned Fergie and will.i.am as their favorites, but then agreed they liked "everything."

Concert caterer Steve Ozark was told by the Peas' musicians that he was the first caterer on the tour to include black-eyed peas on the menu. Ozark may share the full recipe for the tasty dish when he retires.
