Psychology major Cynthia Adams raised her diploma triumphantly yesterday morning after receiving her bachelor's degree in psychology at the Stan Sheriff Center during commencement ceremonies for the University of Hawaii at Manoa.

Donald Nakama and other members of the Hawaii Reed 21 Harmonica Band played Pachelbel's Canon yesterday at the Ninth Annual Harmonica Recital & Concert, held at the Mission Memorial Auditorium. The concert also featured the Small World Harmonica Band and was presented by the Hawaii Harmonica Society.
