The city's yearlong centennial celebration ends July 8 with dinner and a song or two at the Hawaii State Art Museum.

The event from 6:30 to 10:30 p.m. features an entertainment tribute to 150 years in Hawaiian music, led by Honolulu Symphony Pops conductor Matt Catingub.

Tickets are $1,000; $10,000 for tables of 10. Proceeds will benefit the Honolulu Hale Ho'okipa Project, to re-establish the city hall grounds as a civic space for the public.
