Election forms available for those seeking office
Nomination forms are available at election offices for people interested in running for one of the 111 seats at the city, county and federal levels this fall.
The deadline to submit forms is July 25. The primary election will be held on Sept. 23, and the general election will be held on Nov. 7.

The following is a list of locations where candidates can file their nomination forms:
Oahu
» Federal and state offices only. Office of Elections, 802 Lehua Ave. Pearl City, Monday through Friday from 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Leiopapa A Kamehameha Building, 235 S. Beretania St., Room 203, Tuesdays through Thursdays from 8 a.m. to noon and from 1 to 4:30 p.m.
» City and County of Hono-lulu offices only. City Clerk's Office, Honolulu Hale, Room 100, 530 S. King St., Monday through Friday from 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Maui County
» Office of the County Clerk, 200 S. High St., Room 708, Wailuku, Monday through Friday from 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Kauai County
» Office of the County Clerk, Elections Division, 4396 Rice St., Room 106, Lihue, Monday through Friday from 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Hawaii County
» Office of the County Clerk, Elections Division, Prince Kuhio Plaza, Suite 655, 111 E. Puainako St., Hilo, Monday through Friday from 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
» County of Hawaii, Elections Division, Satellite Desk-Kona, Kona Council Office-Kailua Trade Center, 75-5706 Hanama Place, Kailua-Kona, Wednesdays by appointment only.
