ON THE PGA TOUR

Booz Allen Classic

Site: Potomac, Md.
Schedule: Tomorrow-Sunday.
Course: TPC at Avenel (7,005 yards, par 71).
Purse: $5 million. Winner's share: $900,000.
TV: USA (Tomorrow-Friday, 10 a.m.-noon HST) and KITV (Saturday-Sunday, 9 a.m.-noon HST).
Last year: Spanish star Sergio Garcia won the last of his six PGA Tour titles, closing with a 6-under 65 on Congressional's Blue Course. Davis Love III, Ben Crane and 2004 winner Adam Scott tied for second, two strokes back.
Note: Garcia withdrew Monday because of a back injury. He missed the cut in the U.S. Open after withdrawing from the Barclays Classic after 27 holes the previous week because of the back problem.

ON THE LPGA TOUR

Wegmans LPGA

Site: Pittsford, N.Y.
Schedule: Tomorrow-Sunday.
Course: Locust Hill Country Club (6,221 yards, par 72).
Purse: $1.8 million. Winner's share: $270,000.
TV: The Golf Channel
Last year: Mexican star Lorena Ochoa overcame a five-stroke deficit with seven holes to play to beat Paula Creamer by four strokes. Ochoa birdied six of the last seven holes for a 7-under 65.
Note: Pak, Ochoa and Webb top the field. Webb won the 1999 and 2002 titles.

ON THE CHAMPIONS TOUR

Commerce Bank Championship

Site: East Meadow, N.Y.
Schedule: Friday-Sunday.
Course: Eisenhower Park, Red Course (6,989 yards, par 70).
Purse: $1.5 million. Winner's share: $225,000.
TV: The Golf Channel
Last year: Ron Streck became the first player to win on all three PGA Tour-sanctioned tours, beating Jim Ahern by three strokes. Streck also won the PGA Tour's 1978 Texas Open and 1981 Houston Open and the Nationwide Tour's 1993 Yuma Open.
Note: Jay Haas is attempting to match Chi Chi Rodriguez's 1987 tour record of four straight victories. Haas won the Senior PGA Championship on May 28 for his third straight Champions Tour victory, beating Brad Bryant on the third hole of a playoff at Oak Tree in Oklahoma. Haas then advanced to weekend play in the Memorial and U.S. Open to break Tom Kite's PGA Tour cuts record with 591.
