More T-shirt winners announced

T-shirt winners were selected from among survey participants and photo contest entrants. T-shirts will be mailed to the winners beginning in two weeks.

The Mar. 21 winners were Lisa Ellen Smith of Kapaa and Dan Chainey of Beaverton, Ore.
