» The name of the new president and general manager of KHON-TV, Joe McNamara, was misspelled in
coverage published on March 2 and through the month of February as MacNamara. He goes by the nickname "Joe Mac," but his last name is spelled McNamara.
» Punahou School head wrestling coach Matt Oney was pictured on Pages B1 and B2 on Wednesday. He was misidentified as assistant coach Jimmy Takatsuka.
» Two brothers played on a surfboard in the floodwaters on Kamehameha Highway fronting Kualoa Ranch on Wednesday. A photo caption on Page A1 in Thursday's early edition incorrectly said they were on Farrington Highway.
