Families enjoy food and fun at the annual Harbor Festival

The Coast Guard opened its cutter, USCGC Kukui, to the public yesterday as part of the 6th Annual Honolulu Harbor Festival at the Aloha Tower Marketplace. Cova Li, 5, kicked back in the captain's chair on the bridge.
