A "mahalo" reception was held yesterday to celebrate the reopening of the University of Hawaii-Manoa Biomedical Sciences building after a flood last October. Among those celebrating at the reception were UH faculty member Monika Ward, left, holding her 8-month-old son, Adam; lab technician Eleanor Low; and Dr. Ryuzo Yanagimachi, professor of anatomy and reproductive biology.
