Three female artists cook up a roomful of "stew" at Windward Community College's Gallery 'Iolani. Sara Nunes-Atabaki's "Iwi Hilo," made from the gut of an areca palm, is not for sale.



‘Sisterstew’

Three women showcase a variety of art forms in their exhibition "Sisterstew," on view at the Windward Community College Gallery 'Iolani.

Featured will be works by printmaker Louise Barr showcasing a broad range of printmaking methods; Gail Gauldie, whose layered images are created with emulsion and cloth; and Sara Nunes-Atabaki, who creates sculptural forms with plant and animal fibers.

The show continues from 1 to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Friday. Admission is free.
