Sam Choy's Diamond Head: The restaurant celebrates its 10th anniversary with a benefit dinner supporting the Emeril Lagasse Employee Disaster Relief Fund, 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $150, and all proceeds will go to the support of employees from Lagasse's three restaurants in New Orleans. E&O Trading Co.: Ten percent of the day's proceeds will go to Share Our Strength's Hurricane Katrina Relief Fund, as part of "Dine Out for the Big Easy" nationwide campaign organized under Restaurants for Relief. Call 591-9555.

Dine for America: Restaurants nationwide will contribute a portion of sales to the Red Cross.
