HELP WANTEDHelp beat hunger in HawaiiThe Hawaii Foodbank and Jamba Juice are staging a "Race for Rice!" -- a month-long campaign to collect 40,000 pounds of rice to feed the hungry in Hawaii.Besides the good will, there's something in it for contributors: Donate 20 pounds of rice at any Jamba Juice location on Oahu, the Big Island, Maui or Kauai and receive a coupon for a free smoothie. Collections will continue through September. Donations will help feed the more than 118,000 needy people statewide.

(R) "Proof": Gwyneth Paltrow and "Shakespeare In Love" director John Madden reunite for the movie adaptation of a Pulitzer Prize-winning play they did in London of 2002. A devoted daughter comes to terms with the death of her father, a brilliant mathematician whose genius was crippled by insanity. She adjusts with the help of one of her father's former students, who searches through her father's notebooks in the hope of discovering a bit of his old brilliance. Anthony Hopkins, Jake Gyllenhaal and Hope Davis costar. (PG-13) "Venom": Set in the Louisiana bayou, a group of teens evade the murderous Mr. Jangles, a man possessed by a voodoo curse, a killer who collects keys as trophies from his victims.
