Gilbert Ishizu of Worldwide Window Cleaning appeared to be flying a kite yesterday in the form of the north tower of the Waterfront Towers as he wrangled safety lines for the platform overhead. Ishizu and his colleagues have been working on the two towers on South Street for the past two weeks.
