Saturday
"Club Rubber," 10 p.m. at Pipeline Cafe. Cover: $10. Call 589-1999.John Huntington (below) got his start as a bartender in Southern California before moving on to general manager duties at Club Med and a stint in Amsterdam. Since 1996, he's thrown killer parties in California and Las Vegas, including "Club Rubber" with co-promoter Damian Sanders.
On Saturday, Huntington teams up with Sick Dog Productions to bring the internationally-recognized party to paradise. Former MTV star DJ Skribble will also be on hand to keep the party jumping until 4 a.m.
Tuesday
"Habitat," 10 p.m. at Bobby G's Spot. No cover. Call 926-7066.IOS Entertainment presents a weekly showcase of underground talent at the International Marketplace, with $2 drinks until 1 a.m.
This week, DJs Cryptic, Illis and VerStrat will spin a mix of house, progressive breaks and trance. No cover and an upgraded lighting system are two more reasons to check this one out.
