Acting teacher faces
|
An assistant U.S. attorney handling the case said he could not comment.
Glover and his wife ran Show Kidz, conducting classes in singing, acting and dancing for children ages 7 to 16.
Glover starred in Army Community Theatre's "Sayonara" in 2001 and acted in "Smokey Joe's Cafe" in 2002 along with his wife and daughter.
Derek Daniels, director of "Smokey Joe's Cafe," said news of the indictment was shocking. "As a person he's a very nice guy," he said.
However, Daniels also said Glover was difficult to work with. "He takes things very personally," he said.
Daniels noted that he had seen Glover only at the theater and never with children, nor had he witnessed anything suspicious.
Phone messages left for Glover last night were not returned.
