Freekflow makes returnAfter a little more than a year, Freekflow Entertainment returns to the live music scene with "Island Voices" at Bliss Nightclub every Thursday through the end of summer.2 Phay Productions and Team SXC Productions join Freekflow in producing the concert series, which kicks off tonight with performances by Epic Session and Milo Shade. Other bands expected to perform in the upcoming weeks include Natural Vibrations, Manoa Backyard, Ho'okani and Five By Five. Doors open at 9 p.m. for this 18-and-over party, hosted by "The Don" K-Won ... OVER AT the Wave Waikiki, "Roots Bash Thursdays" continues to show promise for local reggae fans. This month's featured act is Maacho and Cool Connection. Can't make it to the Wave on Thursday? You can also check him out at Don Ho's on Saturday ... CONGRATS TO west side nightspot Panama Hatties, which celebrates its one-year anniversary this week. Depending on the night you visit, there's a wide variety of entertainment here - tonight's "Lingerie Lounge" is my top pick, with performances by Lowie Boy and Shango to go with the eye candy. Tomorrow night, oldies fans will want to check out Pete Hernandez and The Lovenotes for an evening of doo-wop. Other featured entertainment includes country music on Tuesdays with DJ Charlie Garrett, salsa on Wednesdays with Son Caribe and island music on Saturdays, hosted by Steven New ... LOCAL PROMOTER Russ Inouye is coming out swinging this summer. Tonight, he returns to the Hard Rock Cafe with the Stone Groove Family to present "Rockstar Fridays." Expect to hear music from Sublime, No Doubt, Green Day and Pepper during this 18-and-over party. On Saturday, Inouye will team up with Architechs Entertainment for "NJOY" at Chai's Island Bistro. DJs Delve and XL will spin the latest hip-hop beats, and the restaurant has renovated its outside bar to accommodate the crowds ... AND SINCE it's summer, there are a bunch of quality parties worth checking out early in the week. On Monday, head over to Kai for "R&B Suite Mondays" with resident DJs Epic One and Slant. Frequent guest DJs from Japan make this one worth a visit. Moving into its fourth week at Lulu's is Tuesday's "You're Trippin" with the gang from Soljah Clothing. No dress code, drink specials and tourists mixing it up with locals? Good times! And Indigo presents a new party, called "The Compound," every Wednesday at the restaurant. Ion Myke and Hosana host, with DJs Jahson, Packo and Deadfoot on the decks ...
