» Developer Haseko Inc. was under no obligation to heed residents' suggestions about construction of a wall along Papipi Road in Ewa Beach. A Page A1 article Monday incorrectly said a judge ruled that Haseko could continue work on the wall as long as the community's concerns were considered.

» The first name of defense attorney Emlyn Higa was omitted from a Page A4 article in yesterday's morning edition.

» Commercial real estate firm Colliers Monroe Friedlander issued a report Thursday detailing market conditions on Maui. A brief on Page C1 in yesterday's morning edition incorrectly attributed the report to CB Richard Ellis.
