According to police, Teo allegedly broke into the 20-year-old woman's Ewa Beach home on May 20 and forced her into his car. She had her 7-month-old baby with her.
He told her not to tell anyone and took her to a location where he raped her at gunpoint, said Deputy Prosecutor Vickie Kapp. The woman was able to escape with her baby when he took her to a friend's house.
Police arrested him Sunday on two outstanding contempt warrants in the same car he allegedly used to abduct her. The gun was not recovered.
Teo is considered a "major offender" with 76 prior arrests, Kapp said.
He has 33 convictions, including 12 felonies. His convictions, which go as far back as 1984, range from traffic violations to kidnapping, robbery, auto theft, drug offenses and theft. He has been revoked from parole twice, from probation once and was last convicted in February of this year for auto theft. He was sentenced to one year of probation.
