Parity hurts OIA schools
in Top 10 voting

Parity on Oahu Interscholastic Association diamonds makes for great drama.

It doesn't, however, help the OIA get more teams into the Star-Bulletin Baseball Top 10.

Mililani and Kailua took minor tumbles after losing last week, while Campbell joined the poll after knocking off Pearl City.

With four of the top six spots occupied by Interscholastic League of Honolulu teams, the remaining positions are a deck of reshuffled teams week to week.

Punahou, 12-1-1 in the ILH, remained No. 1.

Kalani moved up two spots to No. 7. Kamehameha-Hawaii also moved up two notches -- to No. 8.
