» Miller/Watts Constructors Inc. of Richmond, Calif., has hired former Hawaii construction industry executive Tony Moore as chief financial officer. He will be responsible for all finance-related duties in support of the company's operations on the U.S. mainland and in the Pacific Rim.

» Hawaii Schools Federal Credit Union has appointed Duane Teruya its vice president of lending. He previously served as chief lending officer at one of the state's largest credit unions. He has over 20 years of experience in financial services.

» The Hilton Waikoloa Village has appointed Mark W. Coulter front office operations director. He will be responsible for overseeing daily supervision of all front office personnel. He previously served as manager of the Argonaut Hotel in San Francisco.

» Sheraton Kauai Resort has appointed three employees to management positions. Denise Wardlow has been appointed operations director. She previously served as the resort's sales and marketing director. Todd Oldham has been appointed food and beverage director. He will be responsible for the direction, revenue, costs and operations of the property's four restaurants, lounge, room service, banquets, and catering and convention services departments. Kian-Hock Niu has been appointed controller for the resort. He has over 13 years of experience in accounting and financial management in the hospitality industry.

» Goodwill Industries has promoted Wanda Villareal to developmental disabilities director. She has over 12 years of experience working with people with disabilities.

» Hawaiian Airlines has appointed Tasha Eldridge its charter service station manager in Anchorage, Alaska, and Gary McKoy its Sydney charter service station manager. Eldridge will be responsible for overseeing flights connecting Anchorage and Honolulu for the Hawaiian Vacations charter packages. She joined the company in 2000 as a Maui station ticket agent. He previously served as the Sydney assistant station manager. The airline also promoted Dave Kolakowski to corporate training senior director. He will oversee the company learning center.
