Andin Joy Gwanpua of Cameroon touched the headdress of a fellow university student dressed in a traditional Thai dance costume during yesterday's Hawaii Pacific University Intercultural Day downtown. The celebration featured a parade, food and exhibits from cultures around the world. Also pictured were Michelle Santos and Sutthisiri Amatyakul.

Former Deputy City Prosecutor Randal K.O. Lee was sworn in as a judge of the Oahu Circuit Court at the Hawaii Supreme Court yesterday. Keith Kaneshiro offered his congratulations during the reception after the ceremony.
