Hula Halau O Ishibashi from Japan performed at the Hawaii Convention Center. Events continue today at the Convention Center, Ala Moana Center Stage and the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center. There also will be a parade down Kalakaua Avenue in Waikiki at 4:30 p.m.
